First and foremost, care is a people business. We look for qualifications and we look for experience, but most of all we look for people who will fit into our ethos. We want people who really want to work in care. We look for people who are friendly, empathetic and compassionate. We look for people with big hearts who want to make a difference. And we find them and keep them. Many of our at-Home carers have been with us for more than a decade.

One of our most popular PCA’s Vibha has been with BCC since May 2008. Vibha is very friendly, kind and caring and her clients all want her back.
